i tried petstop.
barrier reef and black finned are not in stock and they dont know when they will be able to get some....
thx

Never buy from the petstop. I believe the marine center has some akindynos.

What are black-finned...nigripes?

You will get much better responses if you use species names and not commonly misused common names...

i'm looking for A. akindynos AKA barrier reef clown
i said black clown for 99 just show the price different between MC and DrFS.
and barrier reef clowns are not rare at all, and they want 150 for a pair....

I got my first pair from LA.com, there is a LFS with a pair for sale in New Jersey. PM if you need their number,

Find a LFS or online store that deals with the wholesaler Sea Dwelling Creatures. They bring in akindynos and nigripes at least once a month. They got some akindynos in the end of last week in fact. They are still on their in stock list, but it hasn't been updated since Wednesday.

FWIW: Here in SoCal most LFSs charge ~2x the wholesale price. I think that is more than fair. I don't know what the standard mark up is in other parts of the country. Probably more since fish need to be shipped. $150 is 3x the wholesale price for an akindynos pair, and MC is located in SoCal.

i dont see any akindynos or nigripes on their list...
and they already mark up the price so, and they dont have to be a pair. if they are juven even better, i'm planning 4 barrier reef clowns for my main display.

I agree with Phil.
As a bonus, "Sea Dwelling Creatures" is MAC certified.
Keep watching their list.
