Hey guys. I know I've been away for quite some time, but i just got back into the hoby with a 5gal tank for ky girlfriends son. I have just a 50/50 PC bulb for now, and am going to add one white and one blue LED strip soon for additional lighting. The tank has been up and running for about 3-4 weeks now with only a hang on filter, and this is all the filtration I plan on having. 3" sandbed and a few lbs of rock from my old systems. I plan to keep one or two small fish eventually, and have 2 red leg hermits and 1 blue leg hermit, along with 2 nassarius snails now.
I'm trying to stay very simple with this tank as it is so small and very limited filtration and lighting. I have a small rock with 2 blue/green striped mushrooms and they are looking healthy. I'm wondering if anyone has any other mushrooms/rics that they will part with. I'm going to keep only shrooms/rics in this tank, and would like to stay away from Green Hairy Mushrooms as they get too big for the small rockwork/space available in this tank.
