Looking for Ritteri light/flow suggestions

For those of you who have successfully kept a Ritteri for years successfully, how long do you keep your metal hilidies on for? I currently have three 250 watt bulbs I run from 11am till 6pm. Was pondering if thats too short/long? The antics I run from 10am till 10pm, thinking those dont matter as much? Lightbar has 4 built in royal blue led's I run 10pm till 10am. No direct sunlight hits the tank.

What kind of flow do you guys run? I have a 6 foot long tank with the majority of the flow coming from a kora8 on each side of the tank pointed at each other that cycle on and off. Left one goes on for 10 seconds, off for 5, and the right side goes on for 13 and off for 7. 1 mid size powerhead kinda in the middleish that comes on for 10 and off for 7. 2 tiny powerheads in the back bottom corners to kill the dead spots I have back there, they run nonstop. Looking to replace the kora8's with a pair of tunze 6105's I think.

My lights are on from 9am to 6pm (9hrs). I would expect you could get by with the photoperiod you currently run. As far as the actinics, true actinics don't count for much, on the other hand, blue plus T-5s are very high PAR. I doubt the 4 LEDs do much of anything (probably 1 watt each).

As far as flow, you should be fine with the current set up or if you go with Tunzes. As I'm sure you know, with H. magnifica, water quality needs to be good for them to thrive. Mine look their best when nitrates are undetectable. Also, sg should be 1.026-1.027 preferably. Temp 80-82F is fine.

The antic bulbs are about do for replacement, you think I'd be better off going with 50/50 bulbs?

Like a 7100k (460nm)/10000k ?

Are these T-5s? If so, I would go with something like ATI Blueplus if you want a bluer looking light. These provide much higher PAR (useable light for your anemone) compared with true actinic lighting.

They are just power compacts built into the coralife hood I have on my tank. There is four 96 watt bulbs in it.

It's this fixture here http://www.marineandreef.com/Aqualight_Pro_Metal_Halide_72_inch_Coralife_p/res53510.htm

but has three 250w hqi's. Seems they dont sell the 250 version anymore.

I'm not partial to the purple or blue look, I just want to get whatever is best for the Mags

So I swapped out the 4 power compact antic bulbs for 4 of the 50/50 10k/blue bulbs. Tank looked neater under them but by the end of the day my brown Mag deflated for the first time ever since I've owned it and my green bubble tip split, then the larger half split again a few hours later. Didn't think changing those meger 96 watt pc bulbs would really make any difference.
