looking for RR corner tank

I was actually going to put my 92G Reef ready corner aquarium up for sale this weekend.
Well here it is:
1. 92 Gallon Corner tank Reef Ready. Has some small scratches on the glass but certainly is a display standard & priced accordingly.
2. Oak Trim & Stand
3. Comes with custom built LED lighting & canopy that was designed by an Acrylic fabricator. 60 BridgeLUX LED's, with fan for cooling the heat sink & 2 Dimmable Drivers. Can be dimmed using Apex / Power Adapter. Absolutely no issues with any SPS/Clams/Anemones.
4. I have at least 150lbs of Mature Live rock. The tank is very mature & has been up & running for 4 Years.
Regarding corals & live stock:
I have 3 fish. Female True Perc, Yellow Tang & another Tang. I would like to keep the Perc but not decided yet.
I have quite some high end SPS colonies & some regulars.
I'm talking about Oregon Tort, Red Planet, Pearl Berry & a plating Monti...
I will be transferring the corals to my 300G tank, but then most corals will be encrusted on the rocks & I will include frags of some & some colonies within the price (SPS & Softies)
Anemone: I have not decided if I want to keep him or not, if I don't keep him I will have to sell him separately.
Now for pricing: I want to sell the Lighting, Aquarium + Stand + Live Rock + Live Sand as a package for $600.00 broken down as
Aquarium + Stand: $200
Lights: $200 (It cost me over $400 for the designer custom look so I have complete coverage)
Live Rock + Live Sand + all the Encrusting Corals & some Colonies $200.
