Looking for Tank Equipment

Howdy all.

I'm am starting to collect gear to set up a tank for my son's school. The school is for special needs kids and many of them have vision issues. The tank is great for kids with vision issues as well as those who have attention problems.

We are looking for donations of equipment of all sorts.

The school is a non-profit and your donations will be tax deductible for most of you.

I'll start another thread for input on the tank design. So even if you don't have anything that you can donate directly to the project you can help out in other ways.

I'll also be putting a plaque with donor names on the tank when it's complete.

So far we have... nothing.

I'm not even sure exactly what I'm going to set up. I have a possible connection for a 5' long 100gal. I'd really like something a little bigger so that I can create a light and dark side for the kids to be able to experience different light levels as appropriate for their needs.

I guess we will need at a minimum.

Tank
sump
refugium (or combined with sump)
skimmer
heater
lighting (any and all sorts)
return pump.
pump for CL and/or powerheads.
liverock eventually
livestock eventually
plumbing supplies
food, salt, suppliments

QT tanks and Hospital tanks etc. I'll just lend them mine for that kind of thing as needed.

I sort of have to look at it a little ata time or I'll get overwhelmed! lol

i have a decent sump or wet/dry filter and perhaps some other misc items like plumbing parts that you can have if you'd like to pick up from san jose.

I have a ebo jager 200w heater and a maxi jet power head I can donate.

Thanks Guys. I really appreciate it. Naturally I don't know exactly what size heaters/powerheads I'll need in the end but I am happy to collect equipment and if nothing else it will drive QTs (so I won't have to take mine up there) or some other purpose for the tank we ultimately end up with.
