I went there and scooped the last one that was there by me.. It was tempered glass though so I will use that one for the sump. He said the sale wont be going on by the time the tanks come in. but I don't know why he wouldn't just let me pre pay for them..

PetCo sale is till the 28th and 40 breeders by tetra are only tempered on the bottom.

The Aqueon 40 breeder that Petco sells is not tempered on the bottom (I've drilled one and added a corner overflow). Not sure about the sides though if that's the route your trying to go.
