Looking for Wrasse Information

Within the next few weeks I will be ordering a Mccosker's wrasse. I know they are picky eaters so I was looking for some reading about what I should be feeding them and any other helpful information.
I figure since it's an $80 fish I want to get it right the first time.
Also, would anyone see any problems of it being in a 29 gallon tank with 10 gallon sump with a pair of clowns?

Thanks-

It's great that you research, but i hope to save you a headache by telling you about my experience with flashers. By no means are they picky eaters, if anything its hard to find something they won't eat!
Start off with frozen mysis and eventually flake.

They eat most everything although I have never tried Nori. But any carnivore food will do well.

Yeah my McCosker started to eat pellets right away! And it will basically eat anything I put in my tank.

I'd say you made a wise choice on picking that wrasse! I just love mine and it has such a good personality too! It swims with my clownfish and it's very nice too look at too.

They are very quick and may jump like any wrasse but I might of lucked out, (knock on wood...) mine is spooked not too often but it's enough. Weither it's when I clean the glass or raise the lid. And yes I have a lid but I have heard that they can jump in the overflow too, which is my fear I have!

Well good luck with yours! You won't be sorry about that decision!!!!!

Ok well that is a relief at least. I am not so worried about it now.
My buddy actually has a leopard wrasse in his 72 bow and I love that thing. That fish swims in every inch, nook and cranny of that tank. It also eats anything he gives it. I was just under the assumption he got lucky but I guess I heard wrong.

Thanks for the support guys and I'll be sure to let you know how it goes.
