There is prospect plastics, but be prepared for high CNC costs.
I was quoted $480 for the same size lid that I'd get from Artistic Acrylics for less and theirs is complete. Crazy high.. Checkout Tap Plastics. I'm able to get the entire sheet I need w/o cut to size(will need to do custom cuts) for less than $100 shipped.

what was the thickness of the sheet you got for the 100?

3/8" in uv resistant poly was $100 and change. they had normal which was cheaper.
