Looking to buy an 8' tank

anybody know where there's a used one for sale? i've been looking around but not having much luck. is glasscages the most reasonable place to pick up a new one?

I got mine from glass cages...8'x2'x2' for $650 with overflows and drilled. I thought it was a pretty good deal.

Best I found too and if you come to the frag swap you can order it a head of time and they will bring it if they come.

thought i found one, but the current owner isn't PMing me back. it might end up being a glasscages after all. i see they come through town on the 14th...

when/where is the frag swap?? i'm new and don't have anything to swap yet, but i'm an excellent shopper. :0)

umm....yea, scroll down a little and you'll see the title of " ETRC frag swap"....so, i think they are in the planning stages....but MTRC's swap is right around the corner....approx a month away

Did they cut you a deal? Did you get starphire glass at all? That tank reef ready now with regular green glass is at minimum $740 before taxes.

i just picked mine up yesterday, its not the starphire, but i did get reef ready, with the bulkheads and overflow covers and it was $800-something. the covers were $70 for the pair.
