If the power supplies work, I see no reason to upgrade, it does not affect performance, you just need to have the 24V jumper for the model power supply you have. You can order any parts including power supplies and jumpers on Tunze.com. The wide flow cover is 6205.130.

I believe I need a new power supply Roger, my jumper no longer glows red and it actually shocked me a little both when I touched the jumper and ran my finger across the connection between the power cord and the power supply. I removed the 24V jumper and replaced it with the 18V but still nothing.....although it no longer shocked me!

Whats the specific part number for the replacement power supply? And also some replacement grilles/screens for the wide flow housings?

The specific part number for the replacement power supply for the 6105 Stream is 6105.240 and it can be ordered here.

Part 6205.130 is the Wide Flow housing for the 6105 and the grill cover for that Wide Flow housing is 6205.200.
