Loosing the heads of frog spawn

I have this frog spawn that keeps loosing it heads. It use to be full of heads on the (10)starks, but lately it has slowly one by one it's head has falling off. What is causing this to happen? Water parameter is Ok over all. I have move it away from strong flow from power head to a calmer area, but I've already seeing one about to loose it's head.

Too strong of a circulation wouldn't suprise me to cause this, also, what are you feeding him? Any "nippers" (fish) in your tank, like angels, tangs, etc?

No, I don't have any nibblers fish as I only have couple of clowns and chromis. I will try to move to corner of the tank with even lesser flow.

It's strange when the heads falls off, it would just disappear no where to be found...

I did some search and found out that it can be reproducing or shedding , but who knows..

I found that mine needed some flow. I had a few heads that stopped coming out but they were on the bottom not getting enough flow or light so I fragged heads off, gave them away and now everyone is happy and opening.
