I lost a branch of my torch coral, it just sort of melted away. They only problem i had was my nitrates were around 10. But now it looks like the tentacles of the branch that are still there are bubling up. Its sort of like they have warts or something, can someone please help?

Keep those nitrates down with frequent small water changes.
10% every two weeks should do it.

It can be many reasons for tissue degradation and i would only be able to tell you if i had watched your tank for many weeks.

Some corals fight, so place them sparingly apart. Nitrates above 5 are not so good in a reef. Ph should be stable. Keep salinity high in a reef, 1.024- 1.026.
Read lots of books !
Some things only can be learned by experience.

Goodluck !

While nitrates are not exactly desirable, I'm a little skeptical as to 10 ppm nitrate being harmful to a torch. Of course this would vary from specimen to specimen I'd imagine. Either which way, I think it would be helpful if you could post a picture for reference.
