Lost 2nd Ph probe after firmware upgrade

I upgraded my AC3 firmware from 3.00 to 3.20, now everything is in manual control, it won't let me switch to auto and my 2nd ph probe is gone and there's nothing in the menu to even enable it. Any ideas?

Well I had to delete my program and re-enter it to get it to work. Can't really say I changed anything but at least now everything is running in auto.
However, my 2nd pH probe is still missing from the firmware menu, used to have the option of switching between ORP and pH, now it's not there.

It is setup->pH setup->pH enable menu. Select the second pH probe and turn it on.
