Lost Network?

This morning I turned on and off my return pump via Aqua Notes on my Ipad without problem. I then turned Off one of my Tunze pumps and was unable to connect to the network to turn it back on.
The IP has not changed...unable to connect in or out of network nor through the DYDNS server on any device(Ipad,Iphone,laptop). I am however able to send a test email/text without issue.
I updated to the newest firmware a couple of weeks ago.
Any suggestions???
 
Getting OUT of your network is much easier than getting IN. To get out all you need is to have your gateway and IP address correct and an internet connection and BAM! you're there. To get in you have to have those things working but you also have to know your modem's changing IP address (care of your ISP), what your port number is and your router has to be configured correctly to send inbound traffic to your Apex on the specific port.

One or more of the above has changed on you.
 
I had this same exact problem, it's not constantly connected which is very annoying.

I haven't had time to turn it in for service yet though.
