Lost O-ring

I was doing my first thorough cleaning today. I popped the brakes off and didnt know there was a tiny O-ring inside the impellar housing. I started rinsing it and saw the O-ring go down the drain. I was too slow.

Can I run the pump without this O-ring for the time being, until I get another one?

Also, can you give me the part number so I can order it?

which o-ring was it - there are two and I am putting mine back together and trying to find out where each one goes as I do not recall from when I took it apart

It was a very small one, about 1/4" across. When you take the brakes off the impeller, it separates in two pieces. Inside the half with the magnet, there is a tiny O-ring. This O-ring is not shown on Rogers pictures in his sticky up top. This is the one I lost.

OK - thanks so much - I wasnt sure where to put it when I was getting them back together - I'm not sure how critical it is to operation

That one just dampens noise and is not very important so yes you can run it.
