I need to log in to my AI prime to enter my new house WiFi credentials. After I connect to the Prime's WiFi and navigate to http://prime-d89XXXXXXXX.local/login.html, it ask me for a password. I don't remember setting it up with a password, and tried everything I thought it could be. I factory reset the Prime, but it still asks for a password, and now my lights probably won't come on in the morning. I sent in a support form through the AI website. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.
