not sure I am understanding compeltely what you are saying........are you flipping the breaker??
what other household stuff is on the same circuit??
sounds like you need a dedicated circuit or two for just your tank
If you can afford it, and cant do it yoruself hire an electrician to install a circuit or two for just the tank. Ideally, off of this circuit(s) you run multiple gfi outlets, so that if any one goes down, it only takes out the one outlet adn not the entire line....but its all about what you can choose to afford. Not cutting corners or overloading things really is the way to go.
If you are flipping breakers you either need to do something in the direction of what I described above, or at a minimum, eliminate anything else you have plugged in in the room(or any adjoining rooms if on the same circuit) to reduce the load on the circuit you are overloading.
