smaller than that, 80 percent is new the rest was siting in water for about a month

no it's not,it's on two big containers(very,very good condition,almost as good as new )

if you where to put it on a container you will need a 55 gallon drum(it's on two 30 to 40 gallon tupperware)you can take the buckets with you,also you don't need a handtruck.
