lots of Q??? about wave box

this is a pic of the layout i will be making my tank will be a island dimensions 90L/36W/30H as show in the picture i will have one overflow at the end my first Q? is

1-where is the best place for the wave box and how many do i need i already have one

2- is it true if i use a wave box my tank run the chance of getting weakening with time

3- can i hide the boxes with rocks

4-any idea what will be the best overflow for and island tank 3
viewable sides will be good inside the tank or like in the picture

With regard to the wavebox-

You need a wavebox and wavebox extension. They can go on either end of the tank, they can be either centered or one in each corner.

The wavebox does stress the seams and reduce tank life as will any surge type device. Expect to lose 10-15% of the tanks life. In general this isn't an issue as usually a tank is replaced before this due to scratches and other issues. Expect a well made tank to last 20 years, with wavebox 17-18.

You can hide the box but the outlet should have an unobstructed shot to the far side of the tank.

The ideal for a wavebox is always to have the overflow centered on the back wall.

I would start with 2 6200 and add the 6080 only if you feel they are necessary.
