Love is in the Air(or should I say Water?)!

Last night I just random had the desire to watch my fish tank after the light had already gone out for the day. So i pulled up my chair flicked the light on and as i waited for the fish to adjust and come out to "play" i noticed that one of my peppermint shrimp was strangely hanging upside from my overflow box. Suddenly "she" did a crazy backflip like motion and shoot out a milky powder looking substance. As I examined the excretion I notice that it was tiny moving object! I had just witness the birth or my tanks first BABIES!!!!!!!

I'm sure that most of them will either get eaten or die but I turned off my protein skimmer, other than that i wasn't really sure what I would have to do to help these little guys out. Does anyone have another suggestions that might ensure a few of these guys will make it.
