low light plants

can anyone recommend a low light plant thats pretty tall growing?

What do you mean by low light? Typically reds prefer lower light over green. What do you consider tall growing?

I've had good success with red grape kelp (I think the scientific name is botrycladius or something) under old pc bulbs. They might be ok under NO but I am not sure how fast they will grow.
