LPS are dying and I cant figure out why.

It is stressful, I think I am going to try a lugols dip (made some solutions this afternoon) and if that doesnt help I have been reading much on interceptor as the solution.

Now I add 4 drops of Lugols every week or two and they have been growing great and are happy. I started this years ago and I haven't lost a LPS since. Not sure if it's your problem, but it helped me and took me a few years of aggravation to figure it out.

I dipped the acans in lugols, and they definitely look much better. I decided to add a drop of my lugols and everything seems much happier after 2hr, thanks for the advice.

Glad to hear it's working. For me it's my can't do without additive.

Ya thinks are better, the die off is slowing, but I still have problems with two acans. I am going to try a bayer grub dip next, but the iodine has helped my torch and hammer spruce up a bit. Its funny cause all the reading I do says iodine is bad, dont dose it, reef salts have enough. But after weekly 30% changes one would think my levels would be prime. I wonder if some strontium dosing would help also.
