LPS-Brain Coral

I could have posted this in the LPS forum but wanted to find out what you reefers think of your brain coral! I would like to buy a colorful meaty Scolymia. Please use this thread and help me select a brain coral. I know there are many types out there but I would like you to tell me why I should have one like yours in my tank. Some of them that I have been looking at are as follows:
Scolymia; Cynaria; Symphyllia; Trachyphyllia; Favia; Favites; Lobophyllia and Platygyra.

Again, I am looking for a more meaty coral like the Scolymia! Any advise would be much appreciated.

I adore my open brain (Trachyphyllia). I bought it as a 'scratch & dent' for a few dollars, and it's recovered nicely with a little TLC. They're tough, beautiful animals... and very 'meaty' LOL.

Here's mine. Not the best pic, in person he's a much deeper red:

I don't know the name of mine, it eat silverside and easy to care for. The price was about 35.

I feed mine shrimp, krill, mysis, blender mush, scallops, silversides... he takes just about anything meaty, up to 1" long. Usually I'll give him a pea-sized piece of food a few times a week, that seems to keep him happy. Once in a while he gets a BIG meal, mostly because it's so much fun to watch him take in a large piece of food :D
