LPS identification, help!

Hi guys, new to the hobby, and picked up this piece on impulse. Just wondering if anyone can provide an ID?

The coral seems to have a single outer wall, but multiple mouths. It's about the size of an average fist.

It's got tiny tentacles that open at night, very similar to an Acan. Trying to look at online store's pictures to find something that looks like this but have failed so far.

wow thanks! I got really confused because of it's single wall.

I'll do a update picture when it's got feeders out =)

I do not know the cause, but about a month ago, temps in the tank were peaking at 83-84 even at night. Eventually added a chiller, but it seems the damage was done.

Over the next 3 weeks, the flesh has died away slowly, until this remained.

There hasn't been any noticeable tissue loss for the past week, so fingers crossed it can live!

Dam that was a lovely coral. I would feed it every night see if you can get it to come back. I did that with a frog spawn that was a sad looking specimen it's coming back nicely now. fingers crossed for you...
