LPS/Softy setup....lighting question

I am thinking about doing 120G LPS & softy setup. What do you recommedn for lighting?

-> 2 x 175W MH or
-> 6x54W T5
-> Any other lighting suggetions??

What do you suggest?

the t5's if its LPS only. you can add anemones and clams, & brains if desired. power compacts are about the same $$$ and you can go 50/50's for more natural lighting. also looks better with brains and clams. on a 120 you can imploy more wattage for depth coverage. REEF-ON!!!

t5's you can do both. 175w mh a little slim for a 120, power compacts no way, just my opinion

you cant beat the look of halides..

I'd go with 2 150wDE halides, and some kind of actinics.
