Bought this nem on 7/28 /13 completely bleached and not doing so well.

What do yall think about how its progressing in its recovery? I can tell its getting bigger but not sure about coloring up. It has always had light green tips, What are the chances of it going all green? Or will it go the normal brown with possibly green tips?
