Looks good. The color is dark, so it's not bleached (at least not much if any) and it's digging into the gravel. That's normal for Macrodactyla doreensis and a good sign it's healthy and doesn't have a torn foot. When the store employee bags it for you, make sure they do it gingerly. A torn foot in that species is often (maybe always) a death sentence. You need a deep sand bed yourself. If you don't have a deep sand bed, a pvc pipe or tupperware contaniner with fine sand will make a good place for it to dig in. You can place live rock around the tupperware to conceal the container.
