Do anyone use the Lugol's Iodine? I've been using it for 3 years but really don't see the purpose just a waste of money. What benefit have any of you guys got from it?

you could also buy some potassium iodide 100 grams to one gallon of water would make a 3% solution dose would be about 1stp per 100 gallon .
