Lugol's OD?

I was trying to apply 2 drops of Lugol's to my tank & the dropper squirted--I don't know how many drops. I just tested & it's between 0.1-0.2 ppm. Iodate is undetectable. I don't have any SW made up, just enough RODI to top off about a gallon. Do I need to worry? The only change I noticed, was the sea squirt is closed up tight. Clam & zoas look fine. I think I'll move the squirt into my other tank for now.

Thanks, gotcha! How much? It's a 50g tank, w/90 lbs of LR in it (holding for the upgrade of another tank).

and run your skimmer a little wetter for a day or two ......Most Iodine is removed through the skimmer

When ever you mess up your tank one way or the other, Activated Carbon is always the fastest solution (next to a water change)...

It's funny how fast the squirt slammed closed after that happened--looked flat. This is why I don't run carbon on my main tank all the time--it removes too much. I prefer Purigen.
