Lugol's Solution for Coral Dip?

I have a few LPS corals that currently have tissue receding. I've checked the parameters and everything seams to be fine.

I've recently read that it could be a bacterial infection. So, I'd like to dip them to see if it helps. I read that most people recommend Coral RX, but it's not sold at my LFS. And with the holiday coming up quick, I won't be able to get any soon by mail. Here are my options:

Kent Marine Lugol's Solution
Brightwell' Lugol's Solution

Would either of these be good to treat a bacterial infection on a candy cane & frogspawn?

yes - I've used it with success, success meanig it does a good job cleaning the external critters and is a decent bacteria cleanser. If the problem is internal it may not help, but i would still try it.

What would be a better product? The Seachem Reef Dip? Or is that the same type?

Try revive it's made by two little fishes. I have had great luck.
