I'm looking at both of these to use on my new 75G. It will be the 250w / Single End version.

What are the benifits of one over the other?

(The LumenArc web-site is pretty lame.)

How much room do you have above the tank? If you have the room the lumenbrights will have nice par with less heat due to the fact that you can mount them higher.

48" long x 18" deep x 21" tall. I'll be building a canopy for it so the height if that canopy may be dictated by the variable height of the light off of the water.

I'll be having about 60% SPS, and the rest LPS, Softies, and fishies.

Both would work great on a tank that height but I would prefer the Lumenarcs for the better light spread. If you were going with a tank deeper than 21" I might suggest the Lumenbrights.
