Lumens and Kelvin?

So according to http://www.melevsreef.com/fuge_bulb.html, it's best to use a 16W or 19W 5100K floodlight for the fuge but at home depot, they mostly have Phillips bulbs (not the TCP ones Melev mentioned) which only state light output in lumens and not the temp in kelvin.

My question is would a 16W or 20W PAR 38 bulb putting out 850 lumens be similar to the one mentioned above (16W or 19W 5100K)?

Do they have any other color descriptions on the bulb? Choose warm over neutral and neutral over cool for a fuge light.

If you look on the boxes or bulbs, most of them should have color temp in kelvin I got a floodlight that's composed of a power compact in a flood light reflector in 5500K temp range at lowes for about 7 dollars.

You would want a cooler color temp.
