i hooked up my lunar link per the instructions when i do a manual on the light on the sim blinks which tells me its receiving a signal but the lights do not come on

You do mean the Neptune Systems LunarSim module; correct???

The LED blinking is an indication that the control commands are being decided but not if the commands are for the device (LunarSim). If manual on is not working you should check the device address against the address switches on the LunarSim. I think the default (unless changed) is D1 so you should have a device for D1.

Have you verifed that you have not accidentally duplicated device names or addresses with another.

Are you able to share your switch settings and program (in part or whole) that deals with the LunarSim?

What you say "light on the sim blinks" so you mean the moon light (LEDs) or the little LEDs on the LunarSim.

You don't have the LunarSim plugged into a DC8; correct?
