Flame angel. Looked fine at the LFS. Currently in QT with a couple other new fish.
It now has what appears to be an abrasion on its side, a little behind the gills--looks like a few scales are gone, and has a white fuzzy patch where the scales were. It also looks like it is losing a couple other scales in random places--look almost like air bubbles on the fish. Fish is behaving normally, and is eating.
Did a freshwater dip, and salinity will be at 1.009 tonight--have been lowering over past 2 days.
Should I use any other precautionary treatments? Formaline? Malachite Green?
