Lymphocystis in QT

Looking for some advice. I have a copper band butterfly eating blackworms like a pig and very active that is been in QT for 4 weeks and would be close to being ready to go inthe display but....

It has Lymphocystis. the cysts are on the tail and have been there for the last three weeks. I am not quite ready to add to the display but will be in about another week. It appears that this is not a big issue but should I add this fish to the display or keep it in QT till it kicks the issue.

I have seen Lymphocystis passed from one fish to another in the QT...the Regal Angel that got it from a PB Tang succumbed to infection caused by the Lympho.
I would definitely keep it apart from other fish.
