Lyretail Anthias sick? Please Help!

Trust Me I'm an Engineer
I recently purchased a group of lyretails, one died a few days after entering QT, and had a reddish area on its side when it died (was a little sluggish the day before, but still eating. I thought it must have gotten wedged somewhere or bullied (there was some aggression as they established dominance. Now a second appears to be showing the start of a reddish area (shown in the picture, vertical patch starting about 2/3 of the way back under the pectoral extending down towards the pelvic fin). I don't have any experience treating infections like this, but it looks like it could be vibrio or Uronema?. I am going to move it into the hospital tank by itself for now, but what is the course of action here? Any tips on ID?

Any advice would be helpful!

Sounds like it could be uronema. If it is, IME the best treatment at this point would be metrodonzial plus kanamycin.

I started with Amphicilin and then last night started treatment with Maracyn-Two. I don't think the LFS had either of those options. Since it was in with others when it got sick, should I pull them out and treat them too, or take my chances and leave them in instead of putting through the extra stress of moving them? THe other factor is that the hospital tank is much smaller, so it probably can't handle more than a couple fish. I'd like to avoid putting medications in the QT, as I'd like to be able to use it for inverts again in the future, but I will if I have to.
