Lyretail Anthias?

Ok Im in love with them and really want to get some. Ive got a 75 gallon which will be a reef tank and this is what ive got now:

4- green chromis
2- percula clownfish
1- royal gramma

I want to also add a clown goby or ect in the future. Would I be able to get some Lyretail Anthias also for the tank? I was told to get 1 male and 2 females. Heres the tank.

I am also interested in Lyretails. I have a 105 tall tank. 48L x 18W x 28.5H.

I have researched them in several places online and everything seems to say you neeed a 125 gallon or larger tank for a group. If that's true, then I will pass. I am not clear on why they need the space though. They aren't particularly big and my research into their behavior says they stay pretty close to the reef.

So, why so much space for these fish?

They need the space to diffuse the agression. The male and the more dominant females beat up on the lowering ranking females. Lyretails are some of the more agressive anthias also.

Is there a differen't type of Anthias that you would recomend then to go with the rest of my stocking list? If I dont get an anthias then I think im just going to get a Chevron or Kole tang.

You could always get just one male lyretail. They are perfectly happy on their own.

I second the single male. That's what I have in my 90 gal. I have had him for over a year.

I have 1 male, 2 females in my 72 bow, no problems, been 2 months now.

Yeah, I take care of a guy's tank in my neighborhood, it's a 75 and his 1 male, 3 females get along fine. I initially saw some squabbling amongst the females but that has subsided. He's also got two smaller tangs and a young perc clown in the tank (not ideal, I know, but he has what he has) and they all seem to do well.

I think ill just get a male then. What order should I add these fish to the tank? ( with waiting time between and qt first )
