Lyrtail Anthias -- Change

I put five Female Lyrtail Anthias into my tank in February. One was gone in a couple of weeks, so I've got four. They all seem healthy and get along well together.

How long does it take for a female to become a male? Is there a rule of thumb? an average? There is one that is larger than the other three, but still looks female and is not bossy at all.

Any info will be appreciated.

mine took 3 months but the change took one day
