Lythophyllon ...?

Unknown to me....I just found out today my office is less then 5 miles from World Wide Corals' main store in Orlando.

I stopped in and purchased a montipora capricornis, but i also saw the most amazing frag today and I forgot to ask the guy more questions...it's a lithophyllon.

Is this an encrusting coral? Anyone know more about it?

never seen it before but from the way it looks and slight growth on the bottom there i would think it would be something like a chalice or favia.

oh, and its a very nice piece as far as looks go.
