No, this is normal behavior. During the day they expand towards the light for photosynthesis. During the dark hours there is no need to stay fully open.

Some deflate more than others. They all have different genetic variation that causes this do deflate more or less than others.
 
Mines will inflate a bit more at night. It is a bleached one that I am hoping will recover. Should I be worried?

Yes and no. All anemones deflate but they don't necessarily have to do it when it is dark. Some do this at night and some do it during the day...it really all depends on the characterisitcs of the anemone.
