Personally, I would figure out what corals you want to keep first, then base your lighting setup on that. Check out the link to Sanjay's site above. Lots of information on what bulb to match with what ballast for the best PAR. I've decided to go with SE bulbs on HQI ballasts with Lumenarc Mini reflectors. Hope this helps.
