M1 stopped running overnight.

I am dumbfounded right now. I set up, calibrated my M1 last night. When I came downstairs this morning, the driver showed it was in continuous mode but the pump wasn't running. Furthermore, my mp10 which was in lagoon mode as well. It was in a slow white flash mode this morning. I will be calling customer service but I ask wanted to share this in the forum in case anyone else has experienced this as well.

Did you get any answer from Ecotech about this ?

Got kind of same issue this morning, I was on living room, next to the tank and I could ear the back-siphoning from the pump stopping just like that with no reason and pump did not want to restart again for more than 1 hour :eek1:

This does not inspire confidence at all :mad2:

It ended up being a programming issue. I reset the pumps and programmed them using reeflink which made it easier. The M1 has been perfect since and customer support was fantastic.
