I just copied this from www.MACNA2012.com I guess passes are non transferable?

The Full Conference pass permits access to speaker presentations and the vendor hall for all three days of the conference. It also includes the Friday reception dinner, and the Saturday banquet dinner. This is by far the best value for your money! Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Banquet only or single day passes will be available at a later date.
