macro algae anyone?

im about to setup a seahorse tank and was wondering if anyone had any macro algae available. i was lookin into buyin some halimeda or codium fragile or both...

planning on doing a setup similar to this in a smaller scale:

I have both Halimeda and Codium, although the Halimeda is doing much better. I also have a red kelp that is beautiful. I'll trade you for some frags...

would you be willing to sell? i dont really have anything i can frag... i do however have a couple of zoos and orange rics if you're interested.... ill try to take some pics if you want..

I love the yellow sea horse. Can I ask where you got it? I would like to get a red one and a yellow one. I am thinking of making a tank with red and yellow gorgs for sea horses. (well actually I already have the tank and the gorgs, just not enough food for a sea horse).

I am also looking for macros to start a fuge. (I am actually thinking of doing two fuges.) I don't believe I have Codium yet.

I got the seahorse from BarryG here on the DRC. I've had him for about 7-8 months now and he's doing great. However, my work has been picking up and I don't have the time to dedicate to keeping it. Would you be interested in it? All I'll ask for is a frag in exchange as that is how I got it from Barry. He eats Hikari mysis like a pig. He can eat a whole cube in one feeding if I gave it to him. By the way, I'll have to confirm with the family first as my daughter has grown attached to it and may have a fit. So, if you're interested, I'll let you know...

The codium I have hasn't done all that well in my tank. I think the halimeda has been out competing it. Last time I was at ECA they had a couple bunches for sale. That is where I got mine.

Yes. I just have to make sure I get the right food.

If you have a shaded area of your tank with medium flow. It does not look as if you have had a lot of algae problem... If you've got a spot like that and have enough pods in your system and occasionally feed phyto I have a yellow gorgonian frag. Let me know.
