Macro algae help!

I believe my macro is dying. It seems to be bleaching. I put it in to help cycle my tank but I'm not sure if there is enough nutrients for it. I have a French Angel Juvenile in the main tank for added nutrients. I have my lights on for 10 hours a day for my main and sump tank. My refugium has miracle mud in it. I'm not sure what species it is. I will put a picture up later.

Did you notice it when the lights first turned on? Did it gain it's color back after being in the light for a while?

It could be going sexual, does it seem to be clear/transparent with green dots?

It was like that all day but right now a lot of it has gone away. No it was a white almost clear color with no green dots.

Macro doesn't require any extra co2. So it was clear then went back green? I don't see anything other than healthy macro in the second pic

That first pic was the caulerpa "going sexual" in which it basically commits suicide and releases spores. That will mess with you water if not taken care of fast enough. Take out everything white or clear, and leave the green. In the future regularly prune it and you'll be ok  You can also run your refugium (if thats where the macro is) on a reverse photo cycle to eliminate the problem of sexual activity.
