Looks like a type of caulerpa to me. Does well in nutrient rich environments and lots of light. My tangs keep it under control.
 
Kind of looks like Bryopsis. If it is, bump your magnesium to 1600 ish. should take care of. can you get a better pic? If caulerpa like Steve (Seaduck) says, keep plucking it if you don't have fish to eat.

Been battling it for about a month with the normal methods...water changes , lowering feeding amounts,gfo,shorter light periods,algaefix...looks like I'm about out of it was just wondering what I was fighting ...started with a small patch of GHA and that went away but 2 different types took it's place
