Macro Algae

Real quick question I got some live rock that I didn't realize had some macro algae on it. Now the stuff is growing like crazy in my ap12. Is there any small suited fish or invert that would clear it or is my best bet to remove the rock and clean it with a brush??

yea grape caluerpa or however you spell it.

If you can find a small/juvenile foxface rabbitfish, he'll eat that stuff. Then when he gets too big, you can move him to your 180. Or if you can't find a small enough foxface, then you can get a bigger one and put both the fish and the rock in your 180 and hopefully he'll do the job there. I had the same problem, and my foxface munched it down.

my emerald eats my macro when is shoots up, but I haven't had grape in my tank so I don't know if he'll eat it.

The Blue Leg, Scarlet and Zebra Hermits totally devoured all the grape in my Nano within a couple of days...
