Macro and Hermits

Hello everyone. I am considering adding macroalgae to my display tank because it will add a lot of beauty. However it does sort of eliminate some of the really cool invertbrates like urchins and albalone. What about hermit crabs? Are there any hermits that will ignore macroalgae?

I have cheato in my display and the hermits hang there until feeding time. No problems. Don't know what kind of macros your looking for though. I have blue legs and zebras.

I've never had a problem with hermits & macros. Sometime macros get a bit of micro-algae overgrowth, and the hermits may pick at that, but I've never seen them attack the macro itself.
