I have a Question why this turned out grainy? I have elements 7 and cropped and saved for web . the bubble I just saved as jpeg and didnt turn out grainy?

I think you answered the question yourself. In your "saved for web" there is an adjustment on the right side that changes the file size. See where it's set at.
 
whats the point of saving for web anyways? The one I saved as Jpeg file looks better and shows exif info

Sometimes you need to save a pic for a website that has a specific size pixil wise and file size wise, as in an avatar for here on RC.

For avatars 150x150 and no more than around 8000kbs. That tool allows you to do that. When posting through Photobucket I just save as jpeg without "saving for web".
 
O ya I had a question on why some I couldnt focus right. I wasnt too close and it still looked blurry? I manuel focus..
 
Did you shut down your pumps? I usually shut everything down then wait about 10 minutes for things to settle down.
