Macroalgae for a sump

I have a 40gal sump under my 180 reef. I want to put some type of macroalgae in the fuge but I'm having a hard time finding any at my LFS's. Any suggestions on which one's work the best?
I live in Ca. and know that there is some algaes that cant be used here but cant remember the names. Thanks

Chaetomorpha, or spaghetti algae, is definitely the way to go. There are several large and wonderful reef clubs out in California, I'm sure you're near at least one of them. And if not, there is always the For Sale section of ReefCentral, scroll to the bottom of the front forums board. Many people practically give it away. You can also check Ebay.

Caulerpa is the 'banned' seaweed in California.
